Southern Catechist Day is a training day for religion teachers (catechists) in the southeast area of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. We hope to have at least 300 participants.

During & After Lunch, 10:30 – 1:30 p.m.

In the Parish Hall, clean off the tables, mop spills, push chairs under the tables as needed. Sweep the floors, especially under the tables. Vacuum the carpet if needed. Empty the trash from the Parish Hall, Kitchen, and the main hallway, and replace the trash can liners (found under the serving window in the kitchen). Check the grounds around the buildings and restrooms for trash. Take all trash bags out to the dumpster in the parking lot.

Volunteers on this shift will be provided BBQ chicken & beef lunch!

Special note: They need only 2 scouts from 10:30 - 12:30 to help keep things tidy after morning refreshments. If you wish to sign up for the 10:30 shift, please email me. If you ALSO sign up for the 12:30 - 2:30 shift, I will guarantee your lunch will be provided.
