Committee meeting minutes

June 16th, 2010

Mary Queen Church

 

Welcome and introductions:  Margo called the meeting to order at 7:05.  Those present include Mark, Margaret, Rudy, Denise, and Margo.

 

Previous minutes were not available.

 

Treasurer’s report:  Denise reported that the troop has 10,468.69.

T-Shirts will be delivered on July 12th.  Tents were discussed again.

 

There was no SPL report.

Action Items:

Parents: Please sign up in advance when you plan to help with flags.  It is faster if Mark can assign addresses prior.

 

It is important to make sure your YPT training is up to date.  Inform Rudy of any training you receive.

 

More drivers or a van will be needed to transport the boys to summer camp.  Drivers will be reimbursed .50 per mile.  Rudy volunteered to look into van rentals.

 

It is important for boys to remain and participate for the majority of the meeting in order to receive credit for attendance.

 

The next committee meeting is scheduled for August 17th at 7:00.  The location will be announced.
