Notes and actions from our committee meeting are provided below.

Thanks to everyone that attended and thanks to all of you that are

helping out with the troop.

1) Steve Waldner will call ken Shores and ask him if he wants to

continue as the Charter Rep. If not the Randy Waibel will become the

rep.

2) Kathleen will have a signup table at the next meeting for Ass’t

Scoutmaster, Merit Badge counselors, Committee Members and also a place

for people to update their contact information.

3) Robbie and John will attend the Roundtable Meetings on the First

Thursday of the Month at the Pearland First United Methodist Church.

4) Kathleen will continue with her update of the Red Book

5) Robbie will call the District and ask about insurance liability

coverage.

6) Robbie will ask Mark to add a link to the Yahoo Calendar. All

adults will have access to add items to the Yahoo calendar.

7) We will create a training flysheet / overview for the Yahoo Group at

the next Committee meeting.

8) Alan and Sheldon will pick a date for the next Court of Honor.

9) Robbie to add the Koren War Veteran Ceremony to the troop Calendar.

November 10 in Nassau Bay.

10) Troop to discuss participation in Philmont for 2004.

11) Robbie to add Winterfest on January 10th in Pearland for 9-2 at

Independence Park to the calendar.

12) This times election will include only the Assistant Senior Patrol
