** NOTIFY YOUR WORKERS: Park in the back parking lot to leave the closer parking for paying, and often, older patrons. All workers are responsible for bringing a cap and apron, and arriving at their duty station by 5:00 pm. We will begin serving patrons at 5:30 pm.
All workers will be required to wait until 7:30 pm to receive a free meal ticket, and are expected to help with end-of-evening table/chair take down and hall clean-up. With everyone working together, and doing their share, we should all complete our volunteer activities prior to 8:30 pm. You will need to provide 20 - 24 workers, who will be assigned to the following duties and stations:
- Handing out trays to patrons at the serving line (1).
- Cleaning and stacking used trays at the tray table station (2-3).
- Assisting older, or physically-challenged patrons, as needed with their trays/meals (2).
- Filling condiment cups at the two long table stations (4).
- Bagging carry-out meals at the end of the two long table stations (2).
- Filling salad bowls at the salad station (2).
- Filling cups with ice, tea and lemonade at the drink stations (4).
- Removing trays from tables and clearing tables throughout the night (2-4).
